What is the FFT?

After treatment completion or discharge, patients can be invited to complete the FFT, in their preferred format: by post, text, phone or web.

Patients are asked about their overall experience of the service they have received, whether there was anything that could be improved upon, and whether they would recommend the healthcare provider to friends and family if they, too, needed similar treatment.

Why do so many NHS services use the FFT?

The FFT is a simple, anonymous and quick way for patients to give feedback on their care. Used by NHS services across the country, the FFT provides:
